One Patent Technolgy Authorized: Improve the Safety Performance of 48V 100Ah Powerwall Lithium Ion Battery

Recently, our company received the China National Intellectual Property Patent Authorization Notice, the "a heat dissipation structure of Powerwall lithium ion battery" designed by our technical director Kuang Lizheng was authorized. This achievement belongs to one of main projects of our company's technological transformation last year.

PCENERSYS is a national high-tech enterprise that always committed to the main theme of independent research, development and product innovation. The core technical telents of our company cames from CATL, BYD etc that led by our CEO Dr. Austin Tan who is an electrichemistry expert graduated from Wuhan University. Up to now, our company has accumulated more than 40 patents which involved in the company's self-developed products, processes and equipment and covered multiple aspects and technical points of protection. 

This authorized patent on the heat dissipation structure of Powerwall lithium ion battery focuses on solving the heat dissipation problem of the company's 48V 100Ah Powerwall lithium ion battery, effectively improving the stability, safety and prolonging the service life of Powerwall lithium ion battery. According to the introduction of Director Kuang, this technology involved in the patent has been applied to a new generation of 48V 100Ah Powerwall lithium ion battery products. Through the application of this technology, the product has been greatly improved in terms of technology compared with the previous one. In addition to improving the quality of products, it also greatly improves the efficiency of production.

Dr. Tan told that we will do our best to improve and enhance the lithium ion battery pack technology for improving the safety performance of our home energy storage batteries.
